The actress had no idea we had flown in her best friends to celebrate her birthday with her (after we had timed the shoot to be on her birthday too). I had my heart set on real, raw, honest emotion to bring to life the message that spending time together - ahem, in Mugg & Bean - will always be more valuable than dropping a message via social media.
